Extrema Studios was conceived by Jorge Gonzalez ( Audio Control ) in 2002. Built originally to serve as a personal recording and rehearsal facility, it started to take shape, and was quickly upgraded with professional gear, making it the perfect place to produce high quality recordings. Such an advantage led to offering it's services to several local bands as well as some from Mexico.
Throughout the years the formula remains simple: Making every band's time at Extrema Studios an enjoyable experience, where artists find inspiration in a professional cozy environment.
2008 becomes an important year for Extrema Studios and the announcement of Extrema Studios Live.
Originally ETV aired on February 6th with Jorge Gonzalez and Mark Saenz co-hosting, in addition to Ignacio Luquin, Greig Rosales and Marcos Raya as video and synching for the weekly show.
All members of ETV are currently working on their respective bands Audio Control, Aurora and Flecha envenenada while working at Extrema Studios.
Extrema Studios Live is a showcase of local artists performing their music live via a Webcast to the world. The advantage of Webcasting Live from Extrema Studios is our ProTools and pro gear set up combination. Bands perform a Live Interactive Show, with a CD quality sound, something very hard to find in Live Webcasts.
